Baywood Home Care was founded in 2000 by Dr. Dorothy Muffet who traded a successful corporate career for one centered on people with a mission to provide care in every setting and to empower individuals to live life on their own terms. We are committed to being good citizens in the communities we serve, and custodians of the trust placed in us by the families we serve.
Since Dorothy’s passing in 2022, Henrietta, one of Baywoods original employees, has led the team of nurses, office staff and caregivers who collectively bring our rich history, decades of service and years of experience to serve you and your families. Our services are designed to offer freedom and eliminate limitations for our clients to remain in their homes, making Baywood the top choice for personalized care in Minnesota.

For over two decades, Baywood Home Care has placed our clients’ needs at the forefront of everything we do. Our caregivers are carefully screened. We seek individuals who not only have the necessary skills but can also be a trusted friend, encouraging our clients to live their best lives. Who we serve
We serve clients spanning from 18 to 100+, in the greater Minneapolis & St. Paul metro area, across Minnesota and neighboring regions of Western Wisconsin (especially St. Croix County) and Northern Iowa. Our care is tailored to our clients’ unique needs, providing both short-term or long-term care. We ensure that adults in need can continue living in the comfort of their own homes with the freedom to maintain their independence and dignity. Whether you are in need of senior care, recuperating from injury, or facing illness, you can rely on our unwavering commitment to support you every step of the journey towards better health and happiness.
